1.Galvanized steel or powder coated steel as the major part of structure which is firm and durable, it has quite good capacity to resist corruption.
2.The main material of the wall, roof is light and strong. It is produced by injected EPS, PU or rook wool between 2 steel sheets. They have quite good capacity of water proof, moisture proof and heat resistance.
3.The light steel structure with the good quality sandwich panel could resist different weather, such astyphoon, heavy rain and earthquake.
4.Almost dry construction, the assemble of light steel villa do not need much water, which is more environmental friendly than building the concrete building. It adapts to the eco trend.
5.Water pipe and wires could be fixed into and be hidden into the sandwich panel which is good looking.
6.Good to design and decorate. The floor and wall could be decorated by different material according to the user’s idea.

Q: What if I don’t know what I want?
A: It is Ok, just tell us the usage and approximate size and the founction you need. We will design your ideal house for you.
Q: Can you provide us with the facilities?
A: Yes, we can. We can provide water system(toilet,washbasin etc), electric, kitchen ware etc.
Q: What’s your production capacity?
A: There’s no problem for us to supply 2000 -3000m² per day. We can produce 6000m² one day or even more if it is emergency.
In 2014 our total output with our branch company is 65,2180 sqm.
Q: How long is the lifespan of your house?
A: Our prefab houses can be used for 10-15 years, and can be recycled for more than 5 times.
Q: What’s your packing and shipping?
A: We usually used 40FT HQ containers. One 40FT HQ container can be loaded 250-340m² according to the layout of the houses. The delivery date is 10-15 days after receiving TT payment .
The installation is simple and quick, we can provide solutions as below:
- The processing drawing will be provided to guide the installation.
- For large project, skilled workers can be assigned to your for on-site installation, the air ticket, salary and accommodation cost would be paid on your part.
- Assign workers to us to learn for free and including accomodation.
