Prefab House Nepal Pvt. Ltd has exclusive design and engineering technology for prefab house, prefab school, community hospitals, warehouse which is made of the heavy metal structure and cement-board/UPVC Cladding as wall paneling and strength rolling channel outside on the wall with CGI sheet on the roof. The House has strong foundation on the ground with pillar as metal pipe and beam connected with nut-bolt system and pre foundation prefab block is installed in the beginning. It can be easily fabricated, customized and is a robust solution for shelter, teaching learning center development. It can be moved by a truck all of its part if required but it requires special heavy machines. Also, the house can be built as 2 floors. The useful life span is more than 25 years.

A: It is Ok, just tell us the usage and approximate size and the founction you need. We will design your ideal house for you.

Q: Can you provide us with the facilities?

A: Yes, we can. We can provide water system(toilet,washbasin etc), electric, kitchen ware etc.

Q: What’s your production capacity?

A: There’s no problem for us to  supply 2000 -3000m² per day. We can produce 6000m² one day or       even    more if it is emergency.

In 2014 our total output with our branch company is 65,2180 sqm.

Q: How long is the lifespan of your house?

A: Our prefab houses can be used for 10-15 years, and can be recycled for more than 5 times.

Q: What’s your packing and shipping?

A: We usually used 40FT HQ containers. One 40FT HQ container can be loaded 250-340m²            according to the layout of the houses.  The delivery date is 10-15 days after receiving TT payment .

Installation

The installation is simple and quick, we can provide solutions as below:
